If you are not satisfied with your web hosting account for any reason, you may cancel your account within thirty (30) days of your account creation date and receive a full refund of THE MONTHLY OR ANNUAL SERVICE CHARGE ASSOCIATED WITH YOUR ACCOUNT. After 30 days, if you are not satisfied with our hosting services, you may cancel your account and receive a pro-rated refund for any time (days) remaining on your account.

All cancellation and REFUND REQUESTS must be made by the official account holder for the hosting account via email. Include your full name, account username, password, and telephone number. Cancellation requests will be processed within 24 hours. Please allow 14 days for your credit card company to process your refund. REFUNDS WILL NOT INCLUDE ANY OTHER CHARGES INCURRED BY CUSTOMER SUCH AS SET-UP FEES, DOMAIN NAME REGISTRATION FEES, AND ADDITIONAL SERVICE CHARGES (including additional disk space, additional bandwidth, SQL database set up fees, domain pointer set up fees, sub-domain set up fees, SSL certificate fees, additional IP address fees, additional control panel fees, etc).
